BIM Lead

As BIM Lead, you’ll help shape and implement our BIM strategy, mentor a talented team and ensure that cutting-edge BIM standards are embedded throughout the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution and coordination of BIM strategies and workflows across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices across the studio.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and inspire the BIM team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Showcase BIM expertise in client engagements and project bids.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in BIM implementation and management
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex BIM projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit on all project stages but in particular with project delivery stages.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing and mentoring BIM teams.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
