We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Architect or experienced Technician with strong project running expertise across RIBA stages 3+, capable of leading and coordinating teams with confidence, integrity and impact. If you’re confident leading teams, driving technical excellence, and inspiring clients, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
• Lead projects from start-up to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Champion innovation and technical excellence across all design and delivery stages.
• Manage and mentor teams, foster collaboration and nurture a culture of learning.
• Support business development and contribute to growth and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical design and project management skills.
• Strong working knowledge in relevant design and BIM software (Revit preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to inspire clients and colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional time management with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
